Blessy comes from a missionary family in Bihar, with both parents having only studied up to the 10th grade. Her father is currently battling cancer and undergoing costly treatments, making it difficult to support her education. Despite these hardships, Blessy has been admitted to a Physician Assistant program and is determined to use her medical training to support her family and serve the poor.

Born an orphan and raised in an orphanage, Mercy overcame early hardship and is now pursuing a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with her husband's support. Her husband, the sole earner for their family of five, took out a loan to fund her education despite financial strain. Inspired by the kindness she received growing up, Mercy hopes to give back by serving the needy through her nursing career. Her resilience, purpose-driven motivation, and skill set will make her an excellent nurse.

Her elder brother has a mental disability and requires constant care, adding to the family’s challenges. Despite limited income, her parents prioritized her education, and she is now pursuing a Bachelor’s in Nursing course at the same hospital where her father works.

Despite their limited income, her mother took out a high-interest jewel loan to support Shandiya’s admission into a Nursing program. Deeply motivated by her mother’s sacrifices and committed to serving others, Shandiya aspires to become a dedicated professional nurse.
